Whether you’re pregnant, deep in the newborn fog, getting through the teenage years or enjoying grandmotherhood, there’s a place for you on this walk.
We all mother differently, and that’s where the wisdom is.
Every age and stage has something to offer - from the mum who’s just found out she’s expecting to the grandmother who has seen it all.
Come and share it, or just come and listen.
No unsolicited advice. No judgement.
Just fresh air, gentle movement and mothers walking side by side.
